Over the last few months, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has been running 6-8 months on review of I-526 petitions submitted by EB-5 investors. However, one of Invest L.A. Regional Center's EB-5 investors was granted the fastest I-526 approval compared to the previous approvals received. The investor's I-526 petition was approved in 28 days.
