Colorado at Lake Phase II (Fully Subscribed)

Phase IIA of the Colorado at Lake Project is an expansion of the Phase I hotel/retail development. It consists of additional 25 hotel rooms, another 20,000 square feet restaurant and rooftop restaurant/bar space, and 90 more parking stalls. The project offers 26 investment units to raise $13 million for the project construction cost.


Colorado at Lake Phase II

We have received the final design approval, and have submitted all the detailed construction drawings for plan check and pull construction permit. The construction is estimated to take 6 to 9 months. Phase IIA expansion is anticipated to open in the third quarter of 2016.

All units have been fully subscribed and most of the 26 investors have received conditional green card.

  • Recently completed a $150 Million expansion, which includes 55,000 square feet of new exhibit space and a 25,000 square foot ballroom, and opened on March 1, 2009.

  • South Lake Avenue Shopping District:
  • South Lake Avenue is known for its upscale shops, boutiques, national retailers and restaurants.

  • Cal Tech/JPL:
