EUROPA VILLAGE WINERY PROJECT, TEMECULA/RIVERSIDE (CURRENT)

Europa Village is one of the most unique projects of its kind in the world. The project sits on 45 acres of rolling hills in the beautiful Temecula Valley Wine Country. This first-of-a-kind attraction will encompass more than 188,000 square feet of building space which will include indoor and outdoor event and banquet facilities, two restaurants, 60 luxurious hotel rooms plus a 10-room country inn, European spa, three wineries, and numerous retail shops and boutiques. As a destination resort, Europa Village will be able to take advantage of the fact that 22,000,000 people live within a two-hour drive of its location.

Europa Village is fully approved by the County of Riverside to build a major destination resort. One grand boulevard will link the villages, each featuring a boutique winery representing the lifestyle and elegance of a particular region of France, Spain, and Italy. You can spend an afternoon strolling brick covered streets and experience an adventure in the European lifestyle and culture unlike any other.

Today visitors to Europa Village can get a taste of what is to come at the “Prelude to Europa Village.” Since opening in April of 2011, this elegant, yet temporary, tasting room and vineyard terrace has served as an introduction to the vision that is Europa Village. Numerous weddings and events are staged here each month.

Europa Village offers 88 EB-5 investment units to raise $44,000,000. A total of 1,329 qualifying jobs will be created to satisfy the EB-5 Job Counts, which exceeds the required 880 jobs by 51.2%.

About Temecula

Located in the heart of Southern California, the city of Temecula is 60 miles from San Diego, 90 miles from Los Angeles, and 20 miles from the Pacific Ocean. Temecula's wine country is clearly one of the jewels of Riverside County.

California is emerging as one of world's premier wine-producing regions ever since the big win at the historic Paris Wine Tasting of 1976. Competing with Napa Valley and Santa Barbara, Temecula is proud to be the home of 45 wineries and 60 vineyards that produce high-quality wines.

In the ancient Indian language, Temecula means “Sunshine through the Mist”. Temecula’s wines are great because of high-quality grapes. Grapes grown in a unique micro-climate is the key. While spring and summer bring relatively high daytime temperatures, cooling afternoon breezes would develop from the ocean and blow through a gap in the mountains daily. As a result, nighttime temperatures are substantially cooler. It is these significant swings in temperature that provide the ideal climate for growing the best quality grapes for wine.

Temecula has been steadily growing over the past 40 years. Aside from the famous Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival and the Temecula Valley International Film Festival, Pechanga Resort & Casino and the championship golf courses also add to the attraction of Temecula, making it a prominent tourist destination and attract a significant amount of tourists every year.
