The project is located in the Los Angeles coastal area, featuring a top dual brand hotel. It will be a full service hotel substantially enhanced by its waterfront location and the benefits associated with it.

Project includes total 288 rooms as a Marriott Courtyard with 159 rooms and a Residence Inn with 129 rooms. The building will be configured with a common lobby and check-in area with a four-story wing above on the south side housing the Courtyard Hotel and a five-story wing on the north side housing the Residence Inn. The entire structure will sit above a 198-car parking garage. Eighteen additional surface parking spaces will be located in the front of the hotel at the ground level. In addition to the hotel lobby and check-in area, the first floor podium will house a Bistro restaurant and bar area, the Health Club and Manager's Reception Area for the Residence Inn guests, approximately 4,000 square feet of meeting space and pre-function space, hotel administration offices and an outdoor dining area overlooking the promenade and marina. In addition to guest rooms, the second floor will house the outdoor pool and spa and the fitness center, which will be situated over the lobby below. This second floor level will feature sweeping views of the marina for guests as they enjoy lounging on the pool deck. Chadam has been approved by Marriott for a Courtyard and Residence Inn franchise and has paid the franchise deposit.

About Marina Del Rey

Marina Del Rey is an affluent unincorporated seaside community and census-designated place (CDP) in Los Angeles County, California. Fisherman's Village offers a view of Marina Del Rey's dominant feature, the Marina, the world's largest man-made small craft harbor with 19 marinas with capacity for 5,300 boats and is home port to approximately 6,500 boats. The harbor, the Los Angeles Times said in 1997, is "perhaps the county's most valuable resource".

The marina itself, a specially designed harbor with moorings for pleasure craft and small boats, is surrounded by high-rise condos, hotels, apartments, shops, and restaurants. The area also includes the University of Southern California Information Sciences Institute, the UCLA Marina Aquatic Center, and the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, which regulates the Internet's address and domain name systems.

The community is served by the three-mile (5 km)-long Marina Freeway (State Route 90), which links Marina Del Rey directly to Interstate 405 and nearby Culver City.
